What are the neck side ridges on the Mire and GiraGoji suits called?

Pretty sure they were added to help give a more reptilian vibe. KiryuGoji has those spines too and they're sharper in that suit.

I've never given them much thought, but neck ridges seem a good descriptor as any.

The procedure was a success, but they had this problem because there was some skin left over from growth, but Godzilla said "Nah its all good, I'll just pop this up like a caller I'll be gett'n all dem chicks."
