A complex suit is also hard to bring to life. Something simpler makes it easier on the suit actor and the effects team, as well as the visual appeal. This is probably why many of the early Godzilla kaiju still remain popular.
The secret of life is honesty and fair dealing. If you can fake that, you've got it made.

True, but the opposite is one of the main reasons why Biollante is so popular.

Shares some resemblence with that fake Çloverfield whale creature concept from a few years back. Not to mention taking the gorilla /whale concept quite literally.

Alls i got to say is that the whole godzilla 2000 story was lame. That was thier showoff movie. They also should of used a different Orga

ive always liked the idea of godzilla vs a god, a mutation vs a holy like being. its like seeing a mutation like hulk take on a god like thor and bein able to keep up.

Now these are quite interesting to look at. I think the designs #1, #7, and #9 are especially awesome concepts! I like some of these a bit better than what we got, though the regular Orga is still pretty awesome. The designs for Godzilla are interesting too, the reason being the amount of how much I'm thankful for the fact that they did not go for Godzilla concept #4. http://www.tohokingdom.com/concept_art/ ... lla_04.htm
You want to see some more weird concept art? Take a look at this: http://www.tohokingdom.com/movies/godzi ... nte.htm#ca
Seems like they originally wanted Biollante to be bipedal.
