There's the real scanned model of Godzilla from A2.
I used to be a lot more optimistic and outgoing, believe it or not. I used to actually be passionate about this stuff.

Only other place I can find it is the Sci-Fi Japan article.

On topic, I never cared for this Godzilla design. Just looks too off to me, too bare.
Well, I sincerely apologize then.

What with the new CG Godzilla design, I thought this might be relevant.
It's a silly rule, Kikaida, since starting a new thread when one already exists for the same topic seems pointless to me. Thanks for bumping the old thread... it was fun to reread the old posts.

Its not a big deal for me because:
-Its not a long sequence.
-For it being done on a lower budget, it looks fantastic. I'd argue it looks superior to Hulk 2003 and on par with the CG dreck in the Hobbit, made with several times more of a budget. Hollywood CGI has horrible standards much of the time in comparison to video games unless its certain studios and film-makers.
-It looks like Godzilla. Many would call 1954 bare, but I like the simplicity over the complexity of the 80s and 90s fins/design.
-If this was used and redone for 2014, I wouldn't bat an eye because it is that good.

Good lord that thing is fugly. I wasn't terribly fond of the design to begin with, but at that angle it looks utterly horrendous. The head just looks stupid, and the plates are nearly nonexistent. The ridiculous clown feet don't help, either.
He looks much better in the clip in my opinion and in the clip his spines are much larger.

I don't fully understand what you mean but this would be a good Goji '14 design for me if it didn't look so much like GMK Goji.
