How was Ebirah "walking" in Final Wars?

Postby Kaiju-King42 » Tue Aug 07, 2012 9:55 pm

I noticed in Final Wars that during Ebirah's fight against the mutants, he seems to be reared up... but he's moving forward. It almost looks as if he's walking with his tail, which would make more sense.

Was this just a special effects fluke, or is it possible that he could rear up on his hind legs from that position? I can't really tell.

Alot of things in FW don't make sense mate.

It's probably a fluke, since it was only half of a suit anyway.

There were moments in Godzilla vs. the Sea Monster which Ebirah looked to be doing the same thing...moving towards Godzilla with his legs in the air. Of course he was in the water, but I remember looking at it and thinking it still looked strange.

The legs may be larger than we can see.

That answers the question. It'd nice to see Godzilla and Hedorah fighting like that in the film.
