I really like FW. It's got a lot of monster action, which is why I watch these movies. I think the monster fights are executed really well. The human scenes, unlike a lot of other Godzilla movies I'll sit and watch through. They definitely could have been toned down though.

The suit looks cool to me. I can understand why he may look like a rat but I don't see it that way.

I'm sorry, I was just saying that if they put some more work into it the Keiser Ghidorah suit might have looked like that, that model with
Godzilla and Zilla might have been great in the movie

Not the best Godzilla movie by a long shot, but amusing if you can actually manage to shut off enough parts of your brain to enjoy it. I have to give it credit at least for keeping up such a frantic pace from start to finish.

Nobody legitimately likes the movie. It's the worst Godzilla film of all time.

I didn't mention JJ in this thread, but thank you for bringing it up. It's nice to know that's my most infamous trait. I was sure I'd still be remembered as his biggest fan from the G:U spec days...

Every. Single. Thing.

The plot's just a mishmash of old movies, we have -------- mutants, the whole alien invasion thing has been done to DEATH in Godzilla movies, motorcycle scenes are stupid, far too many monsters, five-second duels, Godzilla's barely in the damn thing, Zilla's in it and acknowledged, Godzilla looks like a pile of shit, the soundtrack is atrocious, Hedorah doesn't rampage, Keizer Xilien sucks ass, Cpt. Gordon has no purpose besides one-liners, hell the whole Keizer IDEA sucks ass, the constant references to cattle, the Death Star rip off, the cheesy dialogue, the horrid CGI and misuse of the budget in general, the crappy selection of locations, the general disrespect to Godzilla on his 50th fucking birthday..

It's a waste of good film.

SpaceGodzilla at least has a monster which doesn't suck, a decent looking Godzilla, and isn't a rehash of about a thousand other movies.

Crappy movie, but it's better than GFW
