My favorite has to be the one from Return of Godzilla, love that opening theme, to me, it helps create the dark mood throughout the whole entire film.

The entire score of The Return of Godzilla is pretty much incredible. It's a shame that Reijiro Koroku was never asked to return for another film; his music gave that movie such a distinct and fresh texture over the Ifukube/Sato arrangements.

If we're talking about specific themes, I'd have to say the main title theme for Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla II.

I enjoy Mechagodzilla 2's theme and Garuda's theme, that one is addictive to hum to.

Mechagodzilla 2's Theme is an absolute masterpiece. It sounds so badass. It also fits with the movie so well. Godzilla's Theme from Biollante comes in at a close second.
