Oh yes, absolutely. I've said this many times myself. Megaguirus looked great and had personality. Not only that, it fitted her role as a sadistic insect queen. But her execution as a very stiff prop and countless aspects of the movie itself are the problem.

No I'm talking about the cannons (Dimension Tide, Absolute Zero Cannon, Triple Hyper Maser Cannon) and the aircraft (Griffon, Shirasgai). That's why they remind me of each other.

I stand by my vote for Megaguirus' flying being the worst (at least most inexcusable) effect in the series.

I was always under the impression Emmy thought Wilson was gonna use King Ghidorah as a "demonstration" to the Japanese government, sorta like how in WWII America considered showing the destructive power of the atom bomb to the Japanese rather than dropping it on them.
