Godzilla vs. Mothra - An unappreciated classic

I like this film better than most people here. While it's not a "good" movie (much less better than MvG), there are many more that I would consider worse. At the end of the day I find it below average, but nothing too terrible - about equal in quality to Godzilla vs King Ghidorah, from a purely critical perspective. It has its flaws, but I think it gets a little too much hate.

It was the first Heisei movie I ever watched, so I'll admit there's a tiny amount of nostalgic bias here.
