I think Bagan was a cool creation, but he was just underused. I really liked his Super Godzilla design.

I mistyped the last part. I meant 'both of which are named Bagan'. The point being though they have completely different origins and looks.

Company has nothing to do with it. People didn't like Zilla so they called him GINO until Toho named it Zilla.

So if Toho made a movie with a giant octopus and called him Godzilla, he'd be Godzilla?

My point is more so that the two Bagan variations had pretty much nothing in common as far as we can tell, so beyond the name they really are not the same monster.

Did anyone knew what was the role that Dogolas had in the "Godzilla vs. Bagan" movie? I think they where going to create Bagan in the movie.

It's kinda funny how he looks like he laughs after the beam goes away. Kind of taunting Godzilla.

I think it would be pretty cool and somewhat smart if they put him in the new movie. It basically is an original monster so new and casual fans aren't really missing out on anything. But at the same time it is a nod to hardcore fans and it will give most of them something they have wanted for years. It seems like a win-win situation to me.

I would like to see them make a Super Godzilla OVA if they remade Super Godzilla one day similar what Spike is doing with RB2.

I actually think that would be cool. G fans who are into anime would finally get at least one G anime and while the game sucked it did have a good story so it would make for a way better OVA then a shitty game.


Speaking of Super Godzilla's story, you noticed how the game dealt a bit with cells? Biollante, King Ghidorah cells making Super Godzilla, King Ghidorah cells and Godzilla cells making Bagan even more powerful? A friend and I were play Super Godzilla last week and we noticed in the end creids when programmers came up one of them was Umbralla! :shock:

And if you play Resident Evil then you can see the lulz of a game dealing with cells having a programmer called Umbralla. :lol:

I like Bagan, wish he would had at least been in one movie as a foe against Godzilla.
He seems like the uber type of kaiju for some reason. For some reason I dont like the Super Godzilla look for Godzilla.

Should Bagan comeback?

Okay, Bagan has been scrapped like 3 or 4 times already right but only had one apperance in the Super Godzilla game and im pretty sure most of you wouldn't or would like to see bagan again. But wouldn't it be okay if bagan was given another chance to be on the big screen. What's your opinion?

Whoever started that rumor about Bagan appearing in the LP movie were either below 15 yrs old, or a bunch of trolls. Or both.

Bagan's cool and all, but I'd rather never see him in a movie. Maybe another videogame appearance wouldn't be bad.
