buy the boxset, and mail in the art for gamera 3. you will be mailed the replacement.

^^That's what I'm doing. I just bought the box set at an FYE and I'm going to mail in the G3 art.

OK i have the first 2 movies. haven't got the 3rd yet.

This seems odd. I sent mine in on a Tuesday and got my disc that Friday. Proximity obviously has something to do with it, but it should take more than 5-7 business days unless I'm forgetting something.

I sent mine in well over a week ago and I'm still waiting for a replacement, but I think that's because Mill Creek might be looking into fixing the subtitle error in the extras.

Yeah, I sent mine in well over 2 weeks ago, I believe and still nothing. They better be fixing the subtitle error in the extras, because it really annoys me to not have the cover slip and be forced to watch the dub. Or put in my old ADV release.

When I had my Blade Runner BRD replaced, I called them. I wasnt going to send anything without being in some database first.

Supposedly they're working on printing new discs, I don't know if that means they've corrected the new error or not, but either way it sounds they need to do that first, thus the delay.

So has anyone here bought the movie from cheapdvdpacks.com? I wonder if copies from that site have the giant subtitle issue on the extras just like the replacements Mill Creek sent out.

The copy I bought from FYE a while ago seems okay. I haven't seen the whole thing, but I saw a good deal of it and the only subtitles that are missing are a couple during the scene when Ayana's father is carrying her to the car.

Mine has arrived as well. I managed to skim through the special features, and it seems like they fixed the probably with the gi-normous subtitles.

I wonder, how many free copies of Gamera 3: Revenge of Iris could we get if we keep sending in cover slips? There doesn't seem to be anything on them to distinguish the fixed copies from the messed up ones.

So the subtitle problem has been addressed? I wonder if those of us who sent in our original copy for the updated ones that ended up having subtitle issues for the special features are able to send in that disc as well? I may have to make a call sometime.
