Godzilla vs Hedorah audio drop off Section 23 blu ray

Ill be the first to admit I am reluctant to post this thread because somewhere buried is probably a thread dedicated to Section 23 Godzilla blu ray movies, and maybe this topic was covered.
As I was watching Godzilla vs Hedorah - the Japanese version, around the 42 minute mark, Hedorah flies through a building and a man falls, and then the building collapses, but there is no audio of it collapsing. Is this an audio issue or is it actually supposed to be silent as the building collapses. Ill probably compare the English version, but I seem to recall sound effects for that building when it falls apart
Did anyone else notice this ?
And if this subject has been touched upon already, my apologies.

AIP added sound effects and music (from the beginning of the film) to this shot for the American release. As far as I know it’s silent in every other version of the film.
