Custom DVD Covers

I haven't found a thread for this sort of thing. If there already is, apologies!

So anyone else out there like creating their own DVD covers? I do occasionally, but I'm NO pro - I just enjoy it :P One of mine is actually on the main site, it's for the "Godzilla Final Battle" DVD that was given away around the time FINAL WARS was released.

I once made custom covers for my entire DVD collection. They were made on PowerPoint and they majorly sucked.

I would love to see you do GMK or another godzilla movie i like how you included the stock footage monsters on your terror of mechagodzillla cover.

You actually liked that? Hm, a couple people actually complained about it when I first showed it. To be honest, I just stuck them there as a space filler, but thanks a lot! :D

When the Icons of Sci-Fi DVD was released, I decied I would make covers for each movie so I could have them in different cases. Unfortunately I never got around to making one for Mothra, but I did finish the ones for H-Man and BIOS:

Somewhat of a lol at Lamango's "cover."
You know, if someone could point me to some decent Ubuntu programs for this kind of thing, I'd probably whip up a few things to submit.

Has anyone done any custom covers for Godzilla: The Series, and the original Godzilla animated series. For ppl who have made their own DVDs? If so I'd love to get my hands on them.
