Haven't watched mine yet to confirm it's the same for me but how on earth could they get it so wrong? Surely they had someone what the films before they were mastered. After all they time we waited for G3 as well only to get a sub par product. :(

Now I'm really debating on whether to get this or not. I hope by the time I'm in the market something has come up in terms of fixing the problem.

Cool. I'd do that type of thing but I don't really have the time.

You could watch them all free on goohead so we don't have to wait on your impressions. 8-)

Damn, sounds like Mill Creek got the same guys who worked on the subtitles for Classic Media's Gojira DVD.

I have heared the subs for the extras are also mis aligned. What a totally botched job they've made of this.

I wonder what happened. Sounds like other than the subs on G3 they've done a bang up job.

For the record. I own the set, and I have not notice any problems with the subtitles on G3.

It's still not that unusual, depending on where you live. We've only had high speed internet for the last 2 years, and even then it's not fantastic. We have to use satellite internet due to our location, and it costs over $55 a month.

Even here in UK were we are blocked from Goohead, the broadband coverage of the country is not 100% due to the remoteness of the Scottish Highland and Islands. Dial up still exsists.
