Crazy Jim Films wrote:I would like to see Sony re-release their Godzilla catalog on DVD/Blu-Ray in a way similar to how they handled that "Icons of Sci-Fi" set. Both versions of each film and a film historian commentary track. It would be great to get the U.S. versions of Sea Monster, Son Of Godzilla, and Smog Monster on DVD.

Sony badly needs to update some of their Toho films anyway. It's 2012 and I still have to watch Godzilla vs King Ghidorah in full screen dubbed.

Yeah. Those 1990's Godzilla titles could also definitely use the attention. I can only hope they'll do something by the time, the new "Godzilla" film hits the big screen but even sooner, would get no complaints from me.

I'd much rather get some decent copies of the Heisei films than new copies of Sony's Showa library TBH

Honestly, I gotta agree. Aside from Mechagodzilla, the Heisei films and Godzilla 2000 are in much more desperate need of a reissue. Hell, even Mechagodzilla has dubtitles and the cut end credits.

If you see this menu, go to Special Features.

If not, or it dosen't work, try a different DVD player. It could be multiple issues

1. How old is your DVD player?
2. What Country do you live in?
There has never been a "Scientifically Accurate" Dinosaur portrayed on any Television Show, Movie, or Documentary. Only what the human imagination can conceive, and I'm ok with that.

This bug seems to be on every copy of the DVD, but there is a solution: Just manually swap the tracks using your remote's "Audio" button.

The ADV release is absolutely wretched. Definitely grab the BD if you can find it for a reasonable price.
