I actually saw it last Tuesday (March 27th), the thought of adding the Uprising roster didn't occur to me till 4 days later (when I posted that comment on Saturday the 31st)

I would personally just go for Obsidian fury and Mega Kaiju.

Kurama, the Nine Tailed Fox (AKA Kyuubi) from the Naruto series.

Hirudegarn from Dragon Ball Z.

Exodia, The Egyptian Gods (Slifer, Obelisk & Ra) and/or Blue-Eyes White Dragon from Yu-Gi-Oh

Technically this is a re-addition as opposed to a brand spanking new Kaiju, but I'd like to see Mazinger Z added back to the roster. We need more super robots from other mediums.
I also wouldn't be opposed to either the classic RX-78-2 Gundam or the Hi-v Gundam.
