Because the Tyrannosaurus Zord has solo combat experience and victories under its belt.

This is true and I am not discounting the Tyrannosaurus Zord's inclusion, always a fav of mine, just that the other individual Zords have also seen action even if to a lesser degree and have offensive means so they wouldn't be less qualified just cause Tyrannosaurus Zord got the extra showcase.

The Tyrannosaurus Dinozord and Red Dragon Thunderzord are the only normal Zords (not counting sixth Ranger Zords like Dragonzord, etc) that have fought on their own without assistance from the rest of the team. The Mastodon Dinozord, for example, never had a solo fight.
