Hmmmm... I'd probably go with no on that front. It's all right to cameo them; I know they technically constitute as fanmade monsters, but they're kinda part of the general RED mythology, which I believe it's heavily inferred in the CKC version.

No. Critical Mass is not the same kind of mutation one would undergo when exposed to regular nuclear power. Therefore, Gsaurus would just inherit the temp buff and that'd be it.

I'll be lenient about it, as there's no problem with it as long as it serves a purpose. Though I'd prefer to keep it to the original, unless the change is needed.

Sounds good, thanks. I was mainly thinking about it because I had an interesting character development idea (that included a different human who became bonded to Ultraman Tiga).
