I have an idea for big one. Godzilla (showa), Rodan (showa), Anguirus, Kong(MonsterVerse), Jet Jaguar, Zilla and Gamera (showa) vs. Mechani-Kong, Ebirah & Flying Ebirah, Griffon, Chameleon(G: TS), Gyaos (showa) and Ts-eh-Go
Location: Sydney, Australia.
Various human villains have john force and have conquered Australia, with an army of giant monsters.

Jiger vs Kumonga (Showa)
Mire-Goji or Gira-Goji vs Kiryu-Goji on Vale.
Critical Mass SpaceGodzilla vs anyone on Vale.
Xenomorph Queen with Xenomorph/Grimm Hybrids vs anyone on Vale.
Indominus Rex vs Gorosaurus in the Emerald Forest of Vale.
Zillo Beast and/or Rancor vs anyone on Vale.
(The Galactic Empire invades Remnant. Team RWBY along with their friends and Atlas Forces are fighting the forces of the Empire in the streets of Vale. But then a monster shows up and takes part in the battle. The Empire then sends its own monster/s to battle it.)

Location: Deserted Planet (MMPR)
The Saiyan(s) that have taken over and wiped out Deserted Planet must now fight something as big as a battleship invading the planet for food!

Having healed from his wounds, Godzilla (1962) emerges on Faro Island, wanting to settle his score with Kong. However, he must first contend with one of the island's top predators.
George, Ralph, Lizzie and Solomon vs The Shadow of Red
Instead of a copy of Godzilla: Monster of Monsters, Red and his minions manifest in a copy of the NES port of Rampage. The three mutants must team up with Solomon to confront the demonic interloper
M.U.T.O vs Godzilla (Showa, 1967) and Minilla (Showa) vs Kumonga (Showa) vs Kamacuras (1967)
The M.U.T.Os arrive on Solgell to feast on the nuclear fallout, leading to a battle between them and the locals.

Someone who is more knowledgeable of Evangelion can hopefully make this work.
Eva Units (however many you want) Vs Angels (whoever you want) vs. Otachi, Leatherback, Knifehead, and Slattern
A breach in the Pacific Ocean causes kaiju from another world to seep through, the Eva Units are sent to dispatch them, but at the worst possible time, angels arrive.

Utsuno Ikugisami vs Shadow of Red.
Area: Hell (IDW)
Backstory: After Red’s initial defeat in Zenith, a portion of the being managed to escape death. Now Utsuno has been sent to destroy Red before he can regain his full power.

Titans vs. Kaiju (Pacific Rim). Armor Titan, Colossal Titan, Female Titan & Rogue Titan vs. Knifehead, Leatherback, Otachi & Slattern. Battle can take place in the Destroyed Tokyo from Godzilla SOS.
Added in 17 hours 33 minutes 59 seconds:
Shin Godzilla vs. Clover.
We can incorporate those godzilla-humanoids teased in the film to battle the parasites of the Clover to add a horror element to the battle with perhaps some human causalities.

Arena: Area 51
The scorpion bio-weapon goes from monster to hero as it becomes the last hope to stop a rampaging Rhedosaur. Can it defeat it's foe, especially one with already poisonous blood?
