We need to start bringing characters together more.

A lot of this stagnation is from the fact that everyone is determined to do their own thing, at the cost of the overall integrity of the storyline.

Yes, let's do it. What I have planned will probably benefit from it, and some from interactions. I kind of intended to have Eddy try and get Thunderhawk in order to help him catch the Phantom Criminal, with Brenda getting a similar idea. I know that your character and Brenda have had a few interactions, but haven't figured out how to get them together.

Cabeso in the open seemed like an opportunity that I couldn't pass up. "Ghosts" isn't the full name, by the way. They aren't even clearly the enemies of the mob in any way more than any others street gang.

I think we should figure out a place to meet at. I'm thinking that it should be in front of City Hall or seeing our celebrity here. The celebrity is mobile, but Eddie is going to see it. He is supposed to pass the (stationary) City Hall on the way. What do you guys think?
