Supernatural Times: The Reckoning

"Well how nice."

Ernest smiled, he had calmed down quite a bit.

[Godzilla The King]

"Nice to meet ya." Jaeger said with a smile. "Name's Jaeger and the mut- I mean lycan is Ernest."

[MysticalDL]

"Oh great just what the group needs, more motor mouths", replies Maldor sarcastically as he appears from behind Blaze.
"I mean why not make more noise, so that some zombie horde comes our way.", Maldor says.

[Vatarian]

Clare studiously ignores Maldor for the moment. She'd been talking in a quiet voice anyway. Instead, her goggled head goes straight to Blaze again.

"What an incredibly lovely bird,"

She remarks softly. Maddie turns at the voice, and her eyes sparkle with the fiery colors of Blaze's plumage. She stretches out the hand not clasped by Clare's towards the Pheonix. She says nothing, simply watching the bird as they walk.

"On the note of talking."

Clare remarks conversationally.

"You are the loudest group I have ever heard. I literally could not raise your overall volume level if I screamed Metallica lyrics continuously and got Maddie excited enough to shriek along. Please don't poor out whatever frustrations you may have on me, the person who's actually going to be teaching you how NOT to run into zombies and other hostile beasties. You can start by taking brisk, non-scuffley steps, like me, and talking in a quiet inside voice, and not that slightly-raised "tween who missed dinner time" voice."

As she talks, she turns her goggles back to the road ahead, scanning the streets and buildings from behind their opacity.

Jaeger simply nods with an impressed smile, he liked her attitude. It was nice to have someone who didn't deal with bullshit anyone flung at her. Glyndara was similarly impressed, mostly because most commoners didn't do this.

"We still headed to Trevers base?"

[Godzilla165]

"Good, bring them to me at once." Marcel calmly orders whilst making his way back inside of the mansion. As he passes Scott, Marcel gently presses the flat side of the revolver into his chest, and continues on.

"Do bring it back in one piece lieutenant, it's one of a kind."

With that, Marcel strides through the front doors and heads deep inside of the massive house.

The moon shined brightly on the group. A cloudless sky. Ernest was glad it was not a full moon. Other wise his condition would be even harder to control than it currently is. Ernest looked back at the group waiting for an answer.

"It would be nice to know where we are heading," Vuul said. "So we can stop drawing people in like moths to flames. What was that name this pale one gave me? Smoke-man? That would be a great alias."

He pointed his spear at Clare before the spear faded away into smoke.

"I believe we're going to Trevers base."

[Godzilla The King]

"Yes indeed..." Jaeger nodded before he started walking once more.

[ernesth100]

"This is gonna take forever. Can anyone fly us there? Vuul do you fly?"

[EdGojira]

"No," Vuul said. "That isn't possible in bottom tier demons unless they have a physical way to fly, like wings or some shit. Why are you in a hurry? Is there something more exciting to do after doomsday?"

[ernesth100]

"I dunno, I'm just tryinf to find someone. I guess thats more than we can say for you. Only a matter of time before Angels reign down and send your ass and your friends back to hell. I mean, I mean, I'm assuming Angels must exist if Demons do. Havent seen one yet though. But its only a matter of time before you know who sends down the holy troopers." Ernest gave another fake smile.

"Nice try, asshat. Demons and angels tend to ignore each other for the most part," Vuul said. "Ever wonder why hauntings are things? I was allowed to run about Earth for a fair amount of time. I got no friends, too. Demons hate each other."

[ernesth100]

"Oh how interesting. You have no friends? Shocker. Sure the demons dont like eachother or do tjey just not like you. Either way I wouldnt really be suprised. "

Ernest fixated the alien on his shoulder to avoid dropping it.

"That thing's not fun to look at," Vuul commented on the alien. "Anyway, how about you summon a few demons and see how they get along?"

[Godzilla The King]

"Could you stop arguing like a bunch of teenagers?" Jaeger muttered annoyed.

"It's not fun to carry either."

Ernest took the took the Spell Book and looked at the staff on his back over his shoulder.

"If I could figure out how to work these things. Then maybe I'd summon something to make everyone get along."

He turned around to Jaeger his arm pointing at Vuul.

"He started it!"

"I didn't start this," Vuul said. "I wasn't actually suggesting you summon something. That would be really damn stupid."

He made sure to give Jaeger the finger. Vuul was impressed that he had managed to banter with the lycan and remain at an "indoor voice" as well.
