The Unofficial WoM Chatroom.

Post by Godzilla The King »

For WoM members and possibly just people who watched. This is a place to talk about WoM and your favorite moments, what you were feeling, things you could never do but wanted to.

Rules are the same as anywhere else, be respectful, no flaming and have fun.

UN mini was awful.

In all honesty, I didnt have a great experience with any of the minis except for the funeral. With the wedding mini, I was traveling.

WoM memorial.

Post by Saansilt »

World of Monsters was a Roleplay that is fondly remembered by a certain group here on tohokingdom.
Unfortunately when the site was hacked twice over all threads of it were deleted and the orginal creator, "Godzilla1995" has since abandoned TK.

Here you may ask, discuss, and ponder on the lost roleplay or even it's predecessor "Surviving Monsters"
Find out our in-jokes.
Learn who died.
Mourn a lost RP all in the WoM memorial thread.

The first and final arcs were the best. The Muu arc was kind of...dull without a physical antagonist and the Gyaos arc was a clusterfuck of good scenes and bad ones.

I love how I didnt get to have any fun with the arcs everyone called the best.

I had lots of fun in the Mu and Gamera arcs, though.

The Mu arc was miles ahead of the Gamera arc, it just felt lacking to someone who loved the first arc.

You know, I actually had a whole lot of fun with the Gamera arc, as I actually did something important and didn't have the sense of guilt that hung with me the whole Mu arc because I was playing without three.

My favorite mini was the funeral, as it was the least stressful, most feeling, and it only required me to post once.

I was embarrassed at a really stupid scene from Surviving Monsters with a Cyborg Baby Otachi.

I like bits of the gamera arc, but the Cooper clan stuff threw it way off the mark.
It felt like charecter shilling.

I understand it's a compliment, but I don't know what you mean.

OT: I really hate how all the original monsters from Surviving Monsters just up and disappeared.

Yeah, Cyborg Baby Otachi wasn't a great follow up to what I considered the establishing moment for Chau.
His men blasting the shit out of a kaiju while he shouts "NOT A SCRATCH, BOYS! NOT. A. SCRATCH!"

I mean that you were a good RPer and member of the shatter crew.
Alot of surviving was rendered non canon.
