Thel 'Vadamee aka The Arbiter
As the newly appointed Kaidon of his keep, Thel successfully fights and kills 3 would-be assassins armed with Energy Swords without sustaining a single scratch.
Halo: The Cole Protocol Pg. 88-89
"...The first swipe of the angry-sounding sword dug deep into the assassin's chest, spearing him on the tip of the concentrated plasma. To his credit, the assassin did not scream...Thel barely had time to duck, though, as the next two assassins bearing energy swords of their own hit the floor in front of him. Their crackling energy weapons just barely missed Thel's head. But their overeager wings doomed them. Even as their energy swords passed by him, Thel was coming back up to a full stand, slicing the sword arm of the nearest assassin clear off his body.."
"..Now he turned and looked at Thel, realizing that he was as good as dead, and ran straight for the window where Thel stood. A last stand. Thel pulled a plasma pistol out of his holster and shot the assassin straight through the head. The assassin tumbled to the floor right in front of Thel's feet."
Thel fights a Spartan-II in MJOLNIR Mk IV armor to a draw:

"...And as he said that, Thel saw something move quickly out of the corner of his eyes. Zhar snapped out his plasma rifle and fired, just as the large, gray-armored human fired back with a rifle of it's own. Thel pulled out his energy sword as the armored human smacked into him, carrying them both rolling down the corridor until they struck a bulkhead hard enough to make Thel's vision blur and knock his sword loose..."
"...As Thel struggled to get a grip on the powerful human's rifle. The loud human gun fired into the floor several times as they fought over it, and then Thel got the barrel in both his hands. He stared at his reflection in the alien's visor and roared as he bent the weapon, straining to make it useless. The gold visor stared implacably back at Thel. There where no sounds, though the alien was straining just as hard..."
"...He headbutted the gold visor, snapping the human's neck back with each whiplike blow. The human threw him back and yanked a primitive knife from the chest of it's armor. The two warriors stood, staring at each other for a split second. Thel suddenly realized that they would both die, fighting to the very end, equally matched"
There are more instances of the Arbiter fighting in the newest Halo comics which I sadly, do not possess. Next entry will likely be the Elites/Sangheili and then the Brutes.
