We know how Junior vs Destoroyah goes, and Fire Rodan can’t really do much of anything before he gets blasted or tackled out of the sky, carved apart, or gets all his energy drained by an Aggregate dogpile.

Rodan is a minor annoyance at best. Destroyah wins.

Godzilla Junior was significantly weaker than Destoroyah in final form than his Aggregate form in the film and Rodan is unlikely to be strong enough either as well as the numbers advantage granted to Rodan with being able to switch forms, so Destoroyah has my vote.

Rodan can't really do much if his ray is a lesser version of Godzillas. So when he goes down, Junior well...

In hindsight, I do regret bringing in SpaceG, Dessy and MV Ghidorah. Well, lets hope that these three meet horrible deaths somehow.
