Jet Jaguar. Anguirus' teeth and claws have not shown the feats to be able to pierce Jet's armor. Throwing himself backwards at Jet may do damage, but Anguirus doesn't use that often enough. Jet was able to break Gigan's arm without too much difficulty, which means he has the strength to beat Anguirus.
