Now that I've gotten more information on Gamera, I can give my opinion on this fight. King Caesar.
Showa Gamera is a garbage fighter against monsters he's unfamiliar with. There are no rounds twos, so Gamera will not get a chance to become familiar with King Caesar, and therefore he will lose.

King Caesar without a doubt, Gamera has some cool abilities, but King Caesar is simply a superior fighter
