I have a buddy that lives up near the museum, so I might take a trip up to his place and visit it this weekend, still undecided. It’s still a six hour trip for me, and while not super costly, it’ll take a lot of transfers on the JR line. The matter is less of an “if” more then a “when” though I’m hoping this still exists.

Best kaiju game ever. Like, seriously, awesome to play and full of cool little nods to the films that make it up. Ten out of ten. Worth waiting for.

Not much info right now, but it’s looking like it’ll be $30 to buy a DVD it BD. No idea what extra supplements will be included. Hopefully more info soon.

Honestly sort of surprised it’s not just a special feature for their KotM home video release in December. I’m getting this regardless. Just waiting for more news on how exactly they’ll be releasing it.
Imagine if they released this as the “main feature” and they put Godzilla vs the Wolfman on it too as a special feature! Now THAT would be awesome!!!

If anyone finds me some sort of press article related to the project, I can find out how long the film is. As of this point, I'm unclear if this is like a 5 minute short film, or something like 30 minutes long.

I’m not sure why anyone is expecting a museum-exclusive short film to get a US release of any sort.

There’s supposed to be some kind of release in Japan that was announced during Godzilla’s 65th anniversary convention.UltramanGoji wrote:I’m not sure why anyone is expecting a museum-exclusive short film to get a US release of any sort.
I’m definitely not expecting a US release.

Yeah i wouldn't expect much either. This film will probably be like Gamera 4: Seen a couple times, never seen again.Cookson wrote:There’s supposed to be some kind of release in Japan that was announced during Godzilla’s 65th anniversary convention.UltramanGoji wrote:I’m not sure why anyone is expecting a museum-exclusive short film to get a US release of any sort.
