If I've seen Shin Ghidorah flying towards my city, I'll be like NOPE!!! I'm leaving the freaking planet with my family and live on the moon eating moon rocks and moon cheese if I have to.

Nice Concept Right Here. I'd Actually Take The Necks Out And Replace Them With Some Sort Of Flexible Energy Strand With A Head At Each End.

I think a Shin Ghidorah would be more normal and traditional, but should lean in more on the alien thing. Maybe bring back the mane, but instead of hair make it a tentacle mane. Maybe enlarge the back of the skulls a bit.
