I recall interviews with the filmmakers when the design was released saying something about him "growing" over the 20,000 year period where he ruled the Earth. It would be somewhat fitting if he started out as the smallest Godzilla yet but by the end grows into the largest.

Starting as a 50 m. Godzilla! Hell yeah! Now I'm happy. He can be as big as they want after the 20k years.

Nice to see 50m, but I'm calling it now, he's actually 500m tall and 100,000 ton.

100,00 tons would be way to light for something at 500 meters.

EDIT: NVM missed the last page.

I'm thinking around the 150 meter range, at around... perhaps... your estimated 100,000 tons. He's 10k at 50m, even lighter than Showa Godzilla! So he'll probably end up being really tall but deceptively light for his height.

I'm going to be conservative and estimate that he'll be 120 meters tall after 20,000 years. Using the square-cube law, he'd weigh 138,240 metric tons at that height if he were proportionally as heavy as his 50-meter tall, 10,000 metric ton younger self.

If he were 150 meters, however, he'd weigh 270,000 metric tons. A 500-meter Godzilla would weigh a mind-boggling 10,000,000 metric tons!

Either way, he's likely going to be the biggest onscreen Godzilla to date, even more so than the 122-meter tall Hanna-Barbera Godzilla.

As for his 10,000 metric ton weight, I think that figure makes perfect sense if we consider that the filmmakers got that figure by calculating his volume in some kind of 3D modeling program.

Image

Given that the 1954 Godzilla has an estimated volume of 8,270.11 cubic meters (and, thus, 8,270.11 metric tons) and that this Godzilla's volume seems bulkier and more spread out than the 1954 version, I can see the 10,000 metric ton figure being perfectly accurate.

I've done some research and basic math to find out that if Godzilla would grow as fast as a Douglas Fir tree (24 inches per year), he would be 12,240 meters tall and almost 2 and a half million tonnes. That's big. Alternately, the Saguaro Cactus grows 0,15 inches every year. By that logic Godzilla would be 126 meters tall and 150,000-ish tonnes, give or take 10,000-ish, seems agreeable. I could be wrong though. Point is that plants don't grow at the same rate and that we can't be sure.

I'd want 300 meters tall and 270,000 tons.

Well shit... safe to say we won't be seeing this incarnation of Godzilla as a playable character in a video game unless as a giant boss fight lol. I always thought 200 m was the largest we'd ever see for Big G. But at least it has a unique reasoning behind such growth and it takes place in a unique anime series. I'd have a bigger problem with this choice of scaling if it was done for the shin/legendary version as those are too mainstream for that kind of overkill.

Y'know really makes you wonder does this Godzilla just keep growing due to plant genes? Like if left to his own devices will Godzilla just become so big he could crush cities in steps.

That would make more sense if he was still reptillian. Reptiles grow perpetually until they die, with no currently known limits. Plants decay and crumble once they get too big.

There's honestly no point to do that.
Spoiler:
He's already pushing 1,000 ft. Taller than most skyscrapers and pushing some mountains. Anything over would just be ridiculous. Honestly the ending of the movie should just be Godzilla reaching maximum size and collapsing in on himself due to it at this point.

Hm. Interesting.

It's already confirmed, in the movie it states 300 meters and rising. The final height they showed was 313.9 while he was rising which equals to 1029.8556 feet tall, nearly 1030 which equals the tallest godzilla period so far!!! Super powerful this incarnation is!!!

I made a mistake, Godzilla is actually 317 meters tall, making him 1,040 feet tall..... Sheesh!!!

Oops, made another mistake, 318 meters, 1,043 feet tall.....

They should literally have him grow so large that he's visible from space. That'd be horrifying. And maybe even have it turn out he's been absorbing the essence and life force from the earth to grow. So the larger he grows the more earth dies.
