Due to hax, not out right power.
Ghidorah is a planet eater when properly summoned. He's on another level of power, and would have eaten the planet and possibly all of reality (If i'm percieving it right) had Metphies sacrificed Haruo.

Correct due to the hax of him being in another plane of reality. When he and Godzilla are on the same plane of reality Godzilla smashed him.

Godzilla Earth is so powerful his opponents need hax to fight him.

They could just say other monsters can bypass the shield (maybe they have shields of their own and two shields interacting allow them to cancel each other out somehow?) and be done with it. That gives us a Godzilla nearly unbeatable by humanity and more satisfying battles. Have their cake and eat it too.

Ghidorah wasn't at full power because Haruo had not been properly sacrificed. Had Haruo been sacrificed GHidorah would have properly taken form in our universe (Corporeal form) and beaten Godzilla easily.

Sounds too similar to the AT Field in EVA but I'd be into it.

That's speculation though. What we saw on screen is Ghidorah doesn't follow our universal laws and is thus unstoppable but when he gets trapped even he is no match for Godzilla.

All things considered this Godzilla is just really, really, boring

He's got all the plot power of being the "strongest monster" like the GMK Godzilla and others but he's got no soul or personality he's just a walking plot device

That isn't speculation-Metphies downright states it. When Ghidorah gets trapped, he gets wupped because the sacrifice wasn't complete.

Ghidorah needed Haruo to tie him to this universe which is besides the point because Ghidorah at full power is outside the laws of the universe where Godzilla Earth can't reach him and this Godzilla would lose any fight they had.

The only time Godzilla Earth and Ghidorah have a fair fight Godzilla Earth curb stomps him and even when Ghidorah was out side the universe he didn't seem to be doing a lot of damage to Godzilla Earth.

Exactly, which is why Ghidorah is more powerful than Godzilla.

Ghidorah was sucking out Godzilla's life force and energy, just like Kaiser G.

That is called Hax in anime. More powerful is Godzilla attacks Ghidorah and it does little to no damage. Hax is Godzilla would destroy Ghidorah but since Ghidorah doesn't exist in the universe he can attack Godzilla and Godzilla can't hit him back.

Hax allows weaker opponents to beat stronger ones in anime or comics mostly, when Ghidorah's hax is gone he becomes real Godzilla destroys him and he tries to run.

We have no confirmation that Ghidorah would be weaker or stronger in his properly manifested form.

Okay, so let me get this straight. The writers cheated to make anime Ghidorah more powerful by writing him to have new powers?!

It's not cheating if that's just what they wrote for him. This Ghidorah was said to be, not just other worldly, but not of this universe from the get go. He is said, explicitly, to be from a universe that does not conform to our laws of reality. So the writers gave him some new abilities that, in point of fact, are consistent with many fictional beings from other realities. That's not cheating; that's just this iteration's existence.

If you fight someone that can't hit you but you an hit them it is in a way cheating. Godzilla and Ghidorah are having a fight to death which is a no rules battle but from us the viewer it is not Ghidorah's power that lets him defeat Godzilla it is an ability that removes Godzilla's ability to even defend himself.

As I said before beings like Ghidorah that have powers like that are called haxes because they allow them to win fights they normally shouldn't have won. All we see on scene is Ghidorah wins we Godzilla can't touch him and when he can Godzilla Earth has the advantage,

Who is "We" in this scenario? No offense, but you're the only one here using that term.

Come to think of it, I've never a fictional character called "Hax" by fans either. I've only seen it in regards to video games.

So now we’re discussing whether or not Ghidorah cheated in Planet Eater? Never change TK...

Anyway, moving away from whatever conversation that was, I read somewhere that Ghidorah comes from a hyper species who has evolved to transcend a body.

Which means there’s a whole species of these things

Yeah, Godzilla wins... sometimes. I mean, he was killed by Dr. Serizawa's patented bubble-bath formula, heartburn, missiles, and poor box office returns, got his ass kicked by a drunken, circus-escaped gorilla, then he was beaten by two newborn worms, yeah some “king”.

Well, according to Good ol' wikzilla, Ghidorah is a Godzilla from another universe that evolved to discard a physical body. Seeing as Godzilla was, for the most part, the only member of his species until recently, it's possible that Ghidorah is also the only one of his kind.

As the video implies, it says Ghidorah came from an evolutionary path where life discarded its physical form, meaning there’s multiple Ghidorah-like things that shed their bodies

Sure, but I would imagine KG is definitely the strongest of his species. Like how Godzilla Earth was dominant over Filius and the Servum.
