These are AMAZING! Thank you so much for posting! I've seen photos of that Ghidorah promo event in G-Fan (and thought they were for MvG), but had NO idea there was any video to go along with that!

Re: Making of / Behind the Scenes
I always thought the fake Godzilla looked really cool (it had a cool head design especially). It was used for the legitimate Godzilla at the end of Terror of Mechagodzilla ... as a kid I always thought he was simply smiling because that was the end and he could return home.GigaBowserG wrote: https://scontent-atl3-1.xx.fbcdn.net/hp ... e=56AFDBC0

I'm loving these behind the scenes pictures. It's difficult to find rarer ones online... glad I can see them here.

Re: Making of / Behind the Scenes
Bump!
Here are some cool behind the scenes photos from the first two Mechagodzilla films.
Got to love all the hardhats in the last one!
Also, if anyone wants to see some cool behind the scenes images, id recommend checking out this blog: http://blacksun1987.blogspot.com/?m=1
Just go type in the blog name and any day from 1 to 365 to find photos from each film. You'll need to figure out which days correspond to each film, so just type in numbers and say which film pops up!
EDIT: These images are a bit large, how do you resize images?

Behind The Scenes: Showa Suits/Props
Mmkay, so I was thinking we needed a thread about those special behind the scene photos and videos of the Showa suits and props from the classic Showa era.
Basically dump any behind the scenes stuff you can find in this thread

That's one hell of a set. I'm guessing from Terror of Mechagodzilla?GodzillaFanatic2001 wrote:
They certainly went out on a high note in that regard. Hard to believe that was pulled together in the shoestring budget days of the '70s.
