1. 1964 (MvG)
Initially I didn't wanna say it was favorite because of how cliche it's become, but nah I fuckin love this suit. I fall in love with it more every time I watch Mothra vs. Godzilla. I think this suit captures a perfect pissed-off-ness that has only been captured this well on three other suits so far, 1975, 1984, and 1991.

Those eyes. Good God, those EYES!
And those spines.
3. 1975
One of the other perfectly pissed off looking Godzilla suits I mentioned above. I love watching this incarnation of Godzilla, not because he's a pissed off ambivalent monster, but because he's a pissed off hero. He's fuckin sick of these damn aliens comin' in here and wrecking everything! Takin' our jobs!
I also wanna point out that, while this suit doesn't quite make it into my top 3, or even my top 5, I really love the 1955 suit. It's so ugly but it pulls it off so well. I love the fangs and the suit looks really great from behind.

Megalo-Goji is my favorite suit. It had that look of a tough guy (kaiju, whatever) kind of superhero vibe that the time period it was made was going for as well making the light weight it seemed to have make it easier for action scenes for the actor inside of it.
