Arena: MechaGodzilla City

*Rules: Anime MechaGodzilla starts out as MechaGodzilla City, but after 10 minutes will deploy a standard Anime MechaGodzilla once it has completed fabrication. Heisei MechaGodzilla starts out as Super MechaGodzilla. Showa MechaGodzilla is the 74 version and starts out as Fake Godzilla and can shed it's disguise at any time. Kiryu is the 1.0 version and is being piloted by Akane. MV MechaGodzilla is possessed by Kevin.

Verdict: Whoo boy, there's going to be a lot of beams flying around this match for sure. I think Kiryu will be the first to fall here due to it's relative fraility compared to it's contemporaries, despite it's impressive fighting skill. Next would probably be Showa MG after it's shed it's disguise. It can probably handle Kiryu or SMG in melee, but the sheer beam spammage combined with a relentless assault by MechaGodzilla City from all sides will spell it's downfall. SMG will probably be able to last quite a while with it's beam absorption and beam spamming, but MV MechaGodzilla could probably easily close the gap and tear the mech apart. MV MechaGodzilla would then need to destroy MechaGodzilla City before it deploys it's own MechaGodzilla. In theory, it would be the strongest MechaGodzilla here, and it's weapons seem ridiculously strong at face value, but it's lack of feats makes it's chances here dubious. However this thing was made to fight Godzilla Earth, so that's one thing to keep in mind. Overall I'd lean towards either SMG or MV MG if they can destroy the city fast enough.

So... Anything about the Nanometal just taking over or covering the other Mechas? Cause it does tend to do that to just about anything it can get its hold on. If so, Akane is probably going to get assimilated if she gets that stuff on her, Kiryu might not fare that well against it if it gets to his bone supports and starts converting that, Fake Godzilla might last for a while until the city finishes analyzing his systems to take control. Same thing for Super Mechagodzilla as with Kiryu with the Nanometal absorbing the pilots if it gets the chance. If the Nanometal assimilation is included, Anime Mechagodzilla has this, Especially since he has his entire city of Nanometal.
A reminder to watch Chouseishin Gransazers.

Even if we say that he can’t convert them with just the city, I still say Anime Mechagodzilla has this.

Kiryu goes down first for sure, fragility dooms him here. Showa MG is not much more durable, I have always maintained that Heisei Mechagodzilla would stomp him with its beams, and MV Mechagodzilla doesn’t help matters either considering it could either rip him apart in melee or just incinerate him.

MV Mechagodzilla vs SMG is interesting. The latter obviously dies hardcore if the latter closes the distance, but I don’t imagine the former will enjoy the sheer beam spam that will come its way. However, MV wins this one ultimately due to the Proton Scream, which will either beam clash with the Mega Buster and overpower it with ease, or just overheat SMG quickly.

But then that leaves Mechagodzilla City. Constant railgun fire that was capable of making Godzilla Earth without his shield roar in pain is going to be brutal on any of these guys. And there’s the EMP harpoons. But even if we assume MV Mechagodzilla can withstand all of that, he’s just going to have a rather short time limit to destroy the whole city after being the last of the four standing. Yes he could destroy a regular city in a very brief span of time, but this isn’t a regular city. It’s made of harder stuff than regular buildings and roads, and can still produce the ahen “Nanometal Particle Diffusing-Type Thermal Energy Buffer Layer”. That pretty much saves itself from the Proton Scream given how well it handled Godzilla Earth’s beam.

And make no mistake, yeah we didn’t actually get to see it fight, but Anime Mechagodzilla proper would be too much for any of them here. Even the least favorable interpretations of it still paint a picture of a machine that operates on an entirely different level from even MV MG.
