Verdict- I think Guilala’s got this in the bag, Megalon can give a good beat down but I think Guilala can survive it and his onslaught of napalm bombs and burn the Seatopian savior down with his fire balls in the end. What do you think?

Honestly Guilala is probably just gonna shrug off anything Megalon tries to do so i'm gonna vote for him as well.
A guy who randomly stumbled upon this place one day, invested much too much time into it, and now appears to be stuck here for all eternity..and strangely enough, i do not regret it!

Megalon is going to lose. Guilala can take physical blows, and he absorbs energy. I don't know if Megalon's horn beam would be absorbed, but if so, it would only make Guilala stronger. Also, one hit from Guilala's orb form would devastate Megalon. Guilala has this fight easily.
