Verdict: Putting two of the MCU's phase 1's strongest & most powerful villians against one another. I would bet on the Abomination taking it due to his durability and speed likely on par with Thor's(& Hulk) which is what allowed the god of thunder to beat the uru sentinel in his first film. However I would think that Emil should attempt at avoiding getting hit by the Destroyer's blasts from a distance. Up close I think he trashes the machine.

If we're going by what most interpretations of the Destroyer are like, it's technically indestructible by any non-magical means. Unless Abomination was able to somehow travel to Asgard and beat Loki to a pulp, he's not gonna stand much chance against The Destroyer. He can't fight at range like The Destroyer, and he's not as durable (as evidenced by his defeat by The Hulk in single close-quarters combat).
