Arena: An African grassland, with both sides starting about 6 meters from each other
Rules:
Not scaled
Both lions are adult males at their largest
The Thanos is a male
Verdict: Kinda siding with the lions. While the Thanos is busy with one lion, the other could maneuver around the dinosaur and get on its back. Granted, if the Thanos manages to kill one of the lions before this tactic is tried, he could deal with the remaining lion easily enough.

I feel like Thanos has the jaw strength and speed to easily get the drop on the lions. Not sure how well a pair of males would do or their speed, but I'm leaning with Thanos
