Verdict: Depends on if Manda could overpower and take down the Feilong with his constriction. I don't think the Feilong's lightning breath will do much here, but he is strong enough to break through solid stone, so he could have the strength advantage.

Manda's victory depends on getting in close. If Manda can get close enough to wrap around Sea Feilong, then he might be able to squeeze the sea dragon to death. I haven't seen Sea Feilong in action, but if he can keep Manda away, or inflict enough damage to Manda, then Manda may lose. I need to see more of Sea Feilong before I make a call.
