T-800 has two Uzi 9mms, SPAS-12, AMT Hardballer, a Ka-bar knife and an M79 Grenade launcher
Andrew Scott has an M16 with an M203 Grenade Launcher, Desert Eagle pistol ,two ballistic knives and C4 charges
Both fighters are also allowed to go hand to hand if necessary
I am give a slight edge to the T-800 on account of durability. While Andrew Scott can heal I don't think he could take down the T-800.
