Ralph vs Nevermore
Nevermore in action:

Rules: Standard
Verdict: Giving this to Ralph, primarily for his durability and regen helping him outlast the Nevermore. I'd say he's also strong enough to handle the Nevermore well enough in close quarters. The Nevermore has the advantage in true flight, though, which could be a problem for Ralph unless he abuses scaling up nearby buildings and leaping from them to help engage the Grimm in the air.
