Shock Absorption: Nomu's Quirk grants him the ability to absorb the shock of any attack, but Nomu has a limit to how much he can absorb.

Super Regeneration: Nomu's second Quirk grants him the ability to regenerate anything, from injuries to limbs.

Overall Abilities: Nomu has shown to be very powerful and the strongest artificial human seen thus far, as he is able to defeat Shota (a formidable pro hero) with no difficulty and is able to severely injure All Might to the point where he could not move. Designed as a counter to All Might, he has been described as a "humanoid punching bag" for his combination of Quirks that allows him to take powerful blows and debilitating injuries without a thought.

Retractable Skeletal Spikes: possesses sharp spikes on his arms, elbows, back, and feet. These emerged through Blonsky's transformation acted as weapons when was in battle with Hulk. The sharp spike on his elbow was used to cause a deep wound on Hulk´s chest, cutting right through the latter's extremely durable flesh.

I think Hulk and Abomination have a chance here, if Hulk just goes ham on Nomu and keeps him distracted, Abomination could use his bone spikes to rip apart Nomu's brain or skin and incapacitate him that way. However, Nomu hits fast, unbelievably fast, even faster than the Hulk Buster suit, not to mention he most likely has the power behind those punches which could seriously harm Abomination and Hulk.
I think Nomu win, but it wouldn't exactly be easy for him, Hulk and Abomination, even with their impressive regeneration and super strength will most likely fall if they don't stop Numo fast!

They would destroy Nomu. Hulk is planetary to near God level as evidenced every time he fights Thor. He made Surtur a cosmic threat level being flinch, a feat I highly doubt Nomu could match. He punched a space worm into submission. Having Abom on his side would just be overkill anyways. Nomu would take a few hits but eventually Hulk would get angry and start pushing him back. And if not Abom's superior intelligence would do the trick.

Nomu is quicker though and can easily out manuever the duo, before going back in. Remember, Nomu is built to fight All Might at 100%, a man who changed the weather with a powerful shockwave, and was most likely not at even half his strength when doing it.

Hulk at his angriest made the rubble jump a few feet with his shockwave from the fight with the Hulkbuster, besides where is it hinted in the movies that Hulk can destroy a planet? Don't get me wrong Hulk is strong, but i seriously doubt he is planetary level. Heck, with a a powerful jump, the momentum carrying Nomu's fist can probably, make Surtur jerk back as well.

If Abomination and Hulk don't do the job quick, Nomu will beat them down.

I believe Nomu would put up a good fight. Buy Abomination was able to match Hulk and nearly overpower him. A single hit at the beginning of their fight had Hulk dazed. Hulk has only gotten stronger since TIH. Capable of tearing apart an armor designed to defeat him. Stark only defeated him because he had sucker punch in. Him and Abom are more than enough for Nomu.
