The Black Megadeus against the King of the Monsters. Godzilla has a lot of power at his disposal, and is more than a challenge for the Big O in close quarters combat... but I think Big O has this with his wide array of weapons and most importantly, how durable and adaptable it is to the combat situation. The piston punches are going to leave Godzilla hurting, and ultimately it boils down to if he can exhaust LPG before he gets pinned down and possibly ripped apart.

Big O and MonsterVerse Godzilla possess similar levels of physical strength and durability. So a brawl between the two would be awe inspiring; however, Big O's versatile attacks and weapons gives him a serious edge. Godzilla is a few Piston Punches away from entering early retirement. And unlike Godzilla, whose Atomic Breath still leaves much to be desired, Big O's long-ranged attacks are forces to be reckoned with. So the Megadeus is perfectly capable of attacking from afar if Godzilla proved too much for him to handle up close.
