Verdict: Both have their advantages and disadvantages. On one hand Cyber Godzilla is faster and more agile so making it harder for Kiryu to hit, but Kiryu on the other hand is sturdier and more durability. Both also possesses pretty impressive firepower but I'd give the edge to Kiryu on that due having more versatile of it granted I would think Cyber Godzilla's atomic ray might be more powerful then anything Kiryu could throw at him with the exception of maybe the Absolute Zero Cannon. Yet at the same time Cyber Godzilla is clever and could find ways to outsmart his opponent such as burrowing especially. Overall I'm kind of mixed. It really depends how Cyber Godzilla plays it out otherwise if he doesn't use his brains, I'd expect Kiryu to win due to being more durable as oppose to while durable too in his own right, Cyber Godzilla is a bit more fragile.
