Queen Tyr'ahnee and Commander X2 have unleashed their planet destroying weapon, the Sax-o-blivion, upon the Earth, intending to wipe out the enemies of Mars in one swift stroke. However, before it has charged KISS emerges from the Dynasty Star Portal on their guitar shaped dimension cruiser, intending to overload the sound based super weapon with their massively amped music. At precisely the same moment a giant stone circle surmounted with pentagrams materializes right next to them; the immortal Kaiserin of Das Feenreich, Empress Yui, has had the same idea, and along with her acolytes intends to defend Earth with the melodies of Hades. Unfortunately, upon being confronted with the sight of TWO musical instrument shaped battleships, the Fairy Empire immediately concludes that both are part of the same fleet and open fire on KISS. Gene Simmons, furious and assuming the other band is trying to stop them from saving the world, launches a counterattack with his bandmates following suit. A massive battle of the bands ensues, with the hapless Martians caught in the middle.

Everyone is "in character".

Equipment:
- KISS has all the powers they are shown using in all media featuring them, including those used in the "hallucination" scenes in Scooby Doo! and KISS: Rock and Roll Mystery
- Yui and her disciples have all the weapons and props they've ever been shown using in their music videos (swords, mechanical limbs, incense burners, etc)
- to help them KISS can summon human sized versions of the Action League from Action League Now!, who have all their... uh..."powers", and the Mystery Inc. Gang, who have all the skills they've ever displayed in all Scooby Doo media
- Yui can summon Gaisai Yuno from Mirai Nikki and the girl from the DISORDER music video to assist the Fairy Empire, Yuno being armed with a chainsaw, sword, meatcleaver, boxcutter, and a large number of razor blades
-all powers and abilities attributed to the either band in songs or music videos are considered valid, and anything symbolic should be understood literally, like Yui self replicating and raising her band from the dead in Shadow Corps(e)
- KISS can launch the shuttle that faced The Destroyer
- The Power of Rock makes it so everyone can breathe in space and sound travels as it would on Earth

Who shall win? Which band will rock harder, faster, and louder until their enemies lay crumbled at their feet? The Lords of Loud or the Dictatorship of Darkness?
