These two kaiju are strange beasts. Bulton can alter reality, and Prisma is a near indestructible crystal that absorbs any matter in sight. I don't know who would win offhand, but I lean towards Bulton here. His reality warping powers could do a number on Prisma. Prisma might hurt Bulton if he touched him, like it burned Ultraman, but Bulton seems to prefer keeping his opponents at a distance.
