This should be an interesting fight. On the Ultra side, Ragon and Gomora gave Ultraman good fights, and Baltan 2 is a powerful and cunning fighter. Baltan's shield could protect it against Godzilla's beam. Red King can take on and defeat tooth and claw kaiju, but a strong fighter could take him down. Greenmons has the most potent weapon of all, and the gas even choked Ultraman. However, one hit from a beam would turn Greenmons into a charred salad.

Godzilla has both good melee skills and a beam. That will give monsters like Gomora, Ragon, and Red King a challenge. Anguirus is a fierce and determined fighter, and Gorosaurus has a strong kick and sharp teeth. JJ is quick and can handle himself in a fight, and he's the only one that won't be effected by Greenmons gas. KC is quite good with melee style combat, but also has the ability to reflect beams. This may help with Ragon.

I lean towards team Toho, but I could also see it going team Ultra's way if things go right for them.
