Rules:
The Destoroyah's Oxygen Destroyer beam can kill the pilots inside, if it strikes the plane directly from the front. (because the beam can penetrate it and stuff. I know my Destoroyah.)
If the Flying Destoroyah gets shot down, he will reemerge as a Junevile Destoroyah, and be unable to reform.
Aggregate Destoroyah cannot change into it's flying form.
None of the Destoroyah's can reform, and none of them can combine to make the Final Form.


Verdict:
I believe that the Super X-3 has this in the bag. It's quite a speedy plane, and it's small stature will make it quite difficult to hit (unless the pilots decide to be idiots like they were in the Burning Godzilla scene, then they're screwed) and the Super X-3 utilizes freezer weapons powerful enough to freeze Burning Godzilla, and be enough to take down Final Destoroyah in it's own right. The real question is, will it survive three Destoroyah's attacking it all at once? If they can manage to get some hits in, certainly. If they get hit, however, they won't last too long, although the flight speed should help them out.

1.) Why is a single juvenile Destoroyah in this fight? What's it going to do to the SX3, taunt it?

2.) The SX3 is screwed. Its armor may have protected it well against a heat ray, but I doubt it would take any more than two Oxygen Destroyer rays to bring it down. It would have this in the bag if it was fighting just one, but against two at once, it will almost unavoidably be shot down by one while attacking the other.
