The Ghostbusters are no strangers to kaiju. having put to down a few of them, and with Leo by their side should help. That being said GMK Goji is a tank, that's more than capable of taking anything they can dish out at first but if it reaches 'crossing the streams' levels (which might I remind you is basically the equivalent of a condensed nuclear blast), I think that might give them the edge. Speed is best advantage here, Leo slowing him down and surviving long enough to give the team enough time to execute a plan.

What are the Real Ghostbusters going to do to Godzilla? Sure he's possessed, but these guys are just average humans with the ability to remove said ghosts if they shoot him long enough and deploy traps. The second they fire, Godzilla is going to notice, and kill all of them. Just look at how he reacted to the military attacking him:

Now this is something that can actually HURT him. He will definitely focus on them. After that it boils down to Mothra Leo Larva VS Godzilla GMK, and I think Godzilla GMK wins as long as Mothra Leo can't cocoon him.

Don't underestimate them. This isn't a one time deal either, by the end the end of the series they've found ways to deal with gods and demons aplenty, some ranging in cosmic territory.

Also Leo is there to get ol Goji's attention and help tag team with them, and he managed to survive Desghidorah pretty okay.

GMK godzilla has proven adept at handling multiple opponents. He fought mothra, ghidorah, the military and managed to kill most of them. The team up against him won't deter him at all.

Also desghidorah's fireballs<<<<Gmk Godzilla's atomic breath. One shot will kill the larva. I really don't think the ghostbusters will acquire the means to kill godzilla. Or at least quick enough to kill him before he gets off an atomic ray.

I dunno. Barring the Satsuma (which may I remind you can be used here), the military is a virtual non-factor and the only real testament to GMKs resistance to double teaming is Mothra and KG. And each proton pack carries at least the same type of power as Ghidorah's blasts if not more-so since they were basically used to blow a hole in the universe to defeat Gozer. It helps they're way smaller targets so Godzilla will be mostly be shooting blindly at the little specks that hurt, granted said shot is MASSIVE and can destroy an entire battalion, but if they can find a way to be fast and smart enough to avoid be blasted to atomic ash, that could be the silver lining. The way I imagine it, it's like trying to shoot some hornets with a shotgun while fighting off a doberman.
