Note: There is only one Carnotaurus, and it is the larger one seen in the film.
Arena: Game Trail, Isla Sorna
Verdict: The Tyrannosaurus has this. The Carnotaurus can take quite a thrashing, as shown by surviving a cave-in, but was repelled by a much smaller dinosaur. The Buck will fight much more aggressively and will come out on top of this fight.

T-Rex. As you said, a smaller dino beat Carno. Buck fights deadlier and will end with the Carno's head in Rex's mouth.
