Need help finding image source

This image popped up a while ago on a Godzilla-related page I follow on Facebook, and I've tried (unsuccessfully) to track down the source. All I was able to dig up is that it's from a Heisei DVD box set. If anyone knows what set this is or has it, would it be possible to get a higher quality version of this image?

Can't find a larger image on Google or Yahoo Japan. Seems like it was a model sculpted by Fuyuki Shinada.
