Hero Zero Help

Post by LamangoKaijura »

Now, I know Hero Zero fought Godzilla once, but does anyone even know what else he fought? I know he fought the Mesa Monster and that's it. Can anyone fill me in? He's not even on the Dark Horse Wiki. :eh:

Besides the Godzilla crossover, Hero Zero only had two solo comics
Hero Zero #0 (1994) http://www.darkhorse.com/Comics/94-274/Hero-Zero
Dark Horse Comics Greatest World #2 http://www.darkhorse.com/Comics/93-190/ ... -Hero-Zero

and I think I read somewhere he teamed up in a Dark Horse Avengers-type thing, but I'm not sure what that series was called.
The Dark Horse pages don't have names for the monsters. unfortunately. I would pull out the two comics from my storage but it'll take me hours to look.

The shared Dark Horse Universe is Comics' Greatest World. The initial run including the first appearance of Hero Zero (and the pretty good Will to Power miniseries) are collected in the Dark Horse Heroes omnibus volume 1. I don't think Hero Zero #0 was ever reprinted, though.

The Mesa Monster is the one from the first one, I believe, and I think the second one is just called Dragon. Also, was Dark Horse in trouble due to Hero Zero looking like Iron man and Nova?
