Godzilla vs Linkara

There is this online series called "Atop the Fourth Wall" where a reviewer called Linkara reviews "Bad" comics. Over the years he has done some Godzilla comics and has liked them for the most part. He is planning on doing more. Just finished watching his review of KoM #2 and, so far, he's continuing to have the same reactions I did to the series when I first read it. I predict he'll turn on the series no latter than Issue #6, which is the point where even I gave up, but it'll probably be sooner than that - probably either #3 (when the political nonsense got real thick) and #4 (he's going to HATE what Woods does this issue).

Yeah same reactions here pretty much. I really want to see a better version of Kingdom of Monsters, I mean that's a name right there that is just full of dread. I think a more horror and disaster based Godzilla comic could be awesome but we sure didn't get that here.

I'd say each main series gets better gradually but the minis are best.

Godzilla: Kingdom of Monsters ultimately killed my interest in IDW's titles for about three years. I hope this doesn't keep him from considering other, more worthy titles.

The guy reviews bad comic books for a living, I think he's immune to that sort of thing by now.
